If for some reason the benchmark is found to not run for you because of bugs in the benchmark, standard violations, among other reasons, changes may be requested which correct the problem and may be used for base runs. Please see the run rules for more information.
SPEC OMP2001 allows source code changes for peak optimization runs. Please go here for more information about what changes are allowed and why one would use them.
The following srcalt tar files have been accepted for use by the HPG Committee and can be explicitly added to the OMPM2001 v3.2 directory tree:

sqrt.init - allowed in 329.fma3d_m base and peak submissions
ompl2001-mgrid-20071113.tar.gz: correct an OpenMP coding standard problem as exposed by gcc compilers.
intel - allowed in 314.mgrid_m base and peak submissions
ompl2001-dd-20040128.tar.gz: data distribution optimization.
ompl.dd - allowed in 325.apsi_l peak submissions
The following srcalts have been used in submissions with earlier versions of OMPL2001 and have been incorporated into the base source of OMPL2001 v3.2. They are only provided so people can understand previous submissions.
